Ninja Obstacle Program
Our Ninja Obstacle program has both younger (6-11yrs) and older classes (12+) tailored to the different abilities and heights of the group.
You will have seen what Ninja Obstacle is all about on TV. Our program is similar with activities based around physical challenges and obstacles that will help develop and improve strength, agility, body control and balance.
Activities include:
- Climbing
- Jumping
- Crawling
- Balance
- Traversing
- Hanging/Swinging
